2.How much does parking cost?
$25 + tax per day. This represents a significant
discount for Casablanca guests who have their parking
voucher validated at our front desk.
Self-parking: Meyers Parking at 43rd St. between 6th Ave. and

6.Is your breakfast and wine in
the afternoon really free?
Yes! Our guests enjoy a generous breakfast each morning
and 3 hours of fine wines and cheeses from 5-8 pm every
night, absolutely free. When you stay with us, if you
wish to have a friend join you for wine and cheese, you
are welcome to do so and there will be no charge for
your guest either.

7.What is your cancellation
policy?
Cancellation policy is generally 48 hours prior to the
date of arrival; however, cancellation policies may vary
during certain busy periods. Reservation for small
groups of 3 or more rooms will be subject to a longer
cancellation policy, since it requires more time for us
to resell several rooms. Please check when making your
reservation. Cancellation policy is specified on your
confirmation. Should you have a change of plans, kindly
let us know as soon as possible we will make every
effort to accommodate your request, however, please note
that in the case of a late cancellation or a
No Show,
your credit card will be charged one night’s room and
tax or more, depending on the agreed upon cancellation
fee.

8.How far ahead should I make
my reservation?
As soon as you have chosen your travel dates, please
feel free to contact us as soon as possible to make your
reservation. New York City is experiencing robust
tourism and an unparalleled demand for business travel
as well, so at a popular hotel like ours, it is
recommended to book well in advance. Weekends
in May and June, and September –December are in the
highest demand. If you find we are sold out on the dates
you were hoping for, you may contact us at
service@hkhotels.com to be put on the waiting list
and to find out if any of the Casablanca’s sister hotels
have availability on those dates.
